You can customize your sales pipeline by adding new stages, removing or editing existing ones.
To create a new stage, follow the steps below:
Navigate to your pipeline using the CRM -> Pipeline menu.
Click on the Add a column link and give the pipeline stage a name.
Click and drag the column to the required position.
To edit an existing stage navigate to CRM -> Configuration -> Pipeline -> Stages. Click on the stage you want and then click the Edit button. Press Save when finished.
To delete a stage, navigate to CRM -> Configuration -> Pipeline -> Stages and select the stage(s) by clicking the selection box. From the Action menu, choose Delete.
You can also delete the stage by opening the record (by clicking on it) and then selecting the Delete option from the Action menu.
