Improved UI/UX

The UI has been improved to make it easier to navigate AccelGrid. We hope you like it as much as we do!

Bookmarks

We've added a feature that let's you bookmark frequently used menus to improve accessibility.

Global Search

You can now search for menus and records across AccelGrid without leaving your current page.

Dark Mode

We've introduced a dark mode option that is optimized for low-light environments.

Introducing google maps for jobs and shipments

You can now view the customer's location on google maps directly from jobs and delivery orders.

Redesigned logistics module

A complete refactoring of the logistics module has been done to make it easier to schedule and process deliveries.

Picking tags for backorders

The picking tag is automatically updated with a 'Backorder' tag for backorders.

Introducing backend card payments

You can now accept card payments directly on invoices using Authorize.net. This feature will be extended to Stripe (including Stripe terminal) and other payment gateways in future upgrades.

Xero integration improvements

We've improved error handling and notifications for the Xero integration.

Numbering on line items

A line number column that automatically increments has been added for order, PO, and invoice lines.

Cost and margins on invoices

You can now view product cost prices and margins on invoices.

Favorite products on quotes

An option has been added to quotes and orders to list only the customer's favorite products.

Automated reordering

You can now automate purchase orders and manufacturing orders for products based on demand. The option can also be enabled/disabled for specific warehouses.

Improved add to cart functionality

Adding products to cart on the B2B eCommerce portal no longer redirects to the checkout page and keeps the visitor on the current page.

Substitute products on BoMs and Manufacturing orders

This new feature allows you to define substitute products for component lines on BoMs. You can now swap components on manufacturing orders with a substitute.

Mobile app improvements

We've improved the performance of the AccelGrid Android and iOS apps. The dashboard on the new version loads significantly faster and features some minor usability improvements as well.

Hide quick start guide

An option to disable the quick start guide has been added. 

Centralized dashboard

Dashboards for all modules across AccelGrid can now be accessed via a central Dashboards menu.

CRM Improvements

It is now possible to archive CRM sources and tags. We've also added new fields to track and report 'days in current stage',  'Won date', 'Next Stage' and 'Days open'.
