You can export your data from AccelGrid into a CSV or Excel FIle.
To export records from AccelGrid, simply go into the list view of the object, Select All records and click on Actions -> Export. The screenshot below shows how you can export products as an example.
In the export wizard that pops up, you can select the fields you want to export just by clicking on the + sign next to the field name.
You will notice that some fields have an arrow icon displayed on the left side. This indicates that the field is relational (linked to another table) and therefore can be drilled down further to select a specific field in the table it is linked to. For example, you can drill down into the Currency field and export the currency rate field.
In some cases, you may want to make updates to your existing data in AccelGrid using a spreadsheet. In this case, you will need an import-compatible file. To create an import-compatible export, simply enable the I want to update data checkbox and select the fields you need to update from the available fields list. This will export the records along with their External IDs.
